The Family Support Service provides families with children aged from birth to 12 years with assistance and support to address family and parenting difficulties. The Service conducts a supported playgroup for parents with pre-school aged children and a parent group to promote effective and safe parenting.
The Riverwood Youth Service offers support for young people aged 12 to 17 years. We provide individual support, a Drop in Centre that operates from 3pm to 5.30pm on Tuesdays to Thursdays, and late night on some Thursdays. Young people can participate in a range of sporting, fitness, games, cooking, gaming, music, and arts and craft activities. We also offer a #GirlCode program specifically for young women every Tuesday afternoon. All our services are free.
