Riverwood Community Centre (RCC) is a not-for-profit community-based Neighbourhood Centre in the heart of Riverwood’s diverse community, with an outstanding reputation for working with and for the local community. With more than 50 years’ experience, RCC is a leading community organisation that supports change for individuals, families and community groups through a wide range of programs. These include Children’s Services, Family Support and Youth Services, NDIS support, Aged Care Services and Community Development.

RCC has a long-standing commitment to supporting the local community through diverse programs across multiple sites. To ensure continued excellence in service delivery, we seek an IT Managed Service Provider (ITMSP) to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and secure IT solutions, aligned with our needs and future growth.
- The selected ITMSP will be responsible for infrastructure management, equipment provision, cybersecurity, cloud service optimisation, user support (remote and onsite), and strategic IT planning. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Cisco Meraki systems, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site IT environments is essential.
- We require providers to maintain detailed IT asset inventories, manage software licensing and compliance, support system integration, and offer guidance on emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency. A Security Master License is preferred for managing IP surveillance systems.
