These programs build on current skills and assist people with disability to develop new skills. They encourage support to mobilise strength, and provide support and opportunities for continued learning and growth. The programs can include:
Skills Development: Such as accessing the community, travel training, shopping skills, personal care, meal preparation and every day practical living skills. Supports are person centered and aim to build upon current skills and assist children/young people and adults to develop new skills. Services can be provided any day of the week and can be tailored to your choice of activity.
Health and Well-being: To increase the capacity to make healthy choices, and provide opportunities to engage in fitness and sports activities.
