As we continue to navigate COVID19 and the impact that it continues to have on everyone in the community, it has been really vital to reach out and connect with real people in our community, in order to gain a better understanding of how people have been impacted and how RCC services have been able to offer support.
In this last instalment of this first series, we were grateful to talk to some wonderful community members who use a variety of services within the RCC Aged Care support.
From our conversations two things stood out, the first being how positive and welcoming the people in our community are. The second was how isolating this time has been for many elderly people. So, we encourage you to reach out and check in on friends, neighbours and family. Even if it’s just a phone call to say hello.
