Even though the Centre doors are currently closed, the Riverwood Community Centre’s Community Programs team are still excited to be active in our community and here to provide support and assistance to anyone who needs it.
There are currently a number of activities that you can get involved in and staff who would be more than happy to have a chat over the phone. Some of these services include:
Riverwood Community Choir
We’ve changed it up and now you can sing your heart out from home, via Zoom on a Wednesday from 12:20-1:30pm. If you would like to get involved, please call the Choir Master James on 0410 409 906 to find out how you can sing along.
Community Garden
Our community garden is still operating! We have put in place the appropriate safety and social distancing measures to make sure all gardeners are taking care to keep themselves and others safe. So, if you live in Social Housing, we would love for you to apply to go on our waiting list. Please call us on 9533 0100 for more details.
