OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking applications from highly motivated and experienced candidates to support the RCC Board of Directors. The Board requires administrative support, including preparation of Board Agenda and papers, taking of the Minutes at Board meetings and updating electronic Board records.This is a part-time casual position for up to 20 hours per month.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking someone with well-developed administrative and computer skills that can communicate effectively, to work with the board of directors and reporting to the board Chairperson and Secretary.If you are a confident, proactive, person with excellent oral and written communication skills and you are known for your integrity, reliability, and confidentiality we are keen to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of draft agenda and business papers for each Board meeting and the AGM, in consultation with the Chairperson and CEO;
  • Attending Board meetings (usually 4th Tuesday of the month @5:30pm) and taking the Minutes of the meeting;
  • Finalising any amendments to the Minutes and Board signatures;
  • Ensuring electronic copies of Board documents and policies are uploaded and accessible via the CatHerder portal.
