Volunteer Individual Transport
The individual transport service aims to provide accompanied individual transport for HACC clients to appointments or social functions where transport cannot be arranged through existing organisations such as Community Transport or where the client is unable to use public transport.
This may include things like appointments with hairdressers, solicitors or accountants, or other semi social outings which are not health related.
Days and times that this service is available is strictly dependant on the availability of volunteer drivers.
There will be a fee charged for this service, which will be negotiated with each client.
