Individual Low level Social Support
Each member of the Neighbour Aid team can provide low level social support.
This support may include information and referral, assistance with budgeting, liaison with the Protective Commissioner, advocacy on the clients' behalf with government departments and other agencies and assistance with housing matters.
Issues of a more complex nature are referred on to other more appropriate services.
